Mooloolaba Wedding – Biff & Chay

It was another close call with the weather but after the morning clouds parted the celebration began. The ceremony was held at Mooloolaba and Locations filmed at Alexandra Headlands, Biff’s favourite surf spot.

Biff, Chay and the bridal party were a blast to film, we were never short of laughs. It was great to be able to capture their personalities & their playfulness.

Tewantin Wedding - Matthew & Tamsin

The day started off with a very relaxed bride who must have been very sure about marrying her sweet heart Matthew.

The ceremony was held at Tewantin Catholic Church.

The highlight of my day for shooting would definitely the shoot on the sand at Little Cove Noosa beach. It offers great rock formations with the beautiful blue waters of Noosa.

The reception was held at Ricky’s, a fabulous venue right on the Noosa river. Great food & atmosphere.

The night was toped of with a surprise song sung by Tamsin to Matthew with guitar backing.

It was a pleasure to be a part of your day, thanks for the fun and relaxed attitudes which definitely came out in the wedding video.

Buderim Wedding – Philip & Naomi

The day started out perfect, perfect weather, perfect venue, perfect bride & perfect Groom.

The Ceremony was held at St Mary’s in Buderim. Through the backing window you could see most of the Sunshine Coast.

The Sanctuary Venue – Forest Glen was the backdrop for the reception. The guests enjoyed a buffet style BBQ and were able to help themselves to a large variety of candy that filled up a large table, truly any child’s fantasy. During the speeches, Philip  mentioned that it honestly only took him about 2hrs to decide that Naomi was the one for him. God bless, I hope the two of you had a great wedding and will have an amazing & influential marriage.

The morning started off stormy with little hope of sunshine. But once we arrived to film the bridal preparation we were greeted at the door by a happy and energetic Rebecca. All she cared about was marring her best friend Steve. 

We arrived at the Clio’s (http://www.clios.com.au/) for the Ceremony. Clio’s went to great effort to move the ceremony undercover and boy did it pay off, the ceremony backdrop was the beautifully landscaped gardens which we have all come to expect from Clio’s.

The Skies cleared just long enough for locations at Wirreanda Park in Buderim & the beach at Alexandra Headlands.

The party continued on with the reception also being held at Clio’s.

Curra Wedding - David & Kathryn

I headed to a small town north of Gympie called Curra to film a wedding for David & Kathryn. It was an amazing day with a elegant country feel.  The wedding then continued on to Gympie Civic Centre were David & Kathryn enjoyed spending time with there friends & family with music backed by the Kelly Gang. The Kelly Gang was playing when David & Kathryn first met, they regrouped especially for the occasion.

Entry 1   - 26 March 2009

This year looks to be an exciting one, we started off the year at full pace filming from Curra to Maleny. In June/July we will be jet setting off to film:

• An African Safari, with amazing wildlife and the power of
  Victoria Falls or Mosi-oa-Tunya (the Smoke that Thunders).
• Camels in the desert & the great pyramids of Egypt.
• Underwater wildlife & coral in the Red Sea.
• The large city life of Singapore.
• And finishing up with the beautiful beaches and large elephants of Thailand.

On the weddings front we have many fantastic couples getting married. Weddings will be held at Yandina, Maleny, Caloundra, Noosa, Palmwoods, Buderim, Twin Waters, Coolum, Mooloolaba and more.

Towards the end of the year we have a tropical wedding on the doorsteps of the Great Barrier Reef, Mackay. We are really looking forward to travelling there a little early to see the beauty the area has to offer.
